It is and understanding and agreed that building owners bear somewhat a
responsibility for providing a reasonable secure system environment for
the people that work there and anybody coming in and out of the building
or at the business buildings such as visitors as well. People want to
feel safe when walking alone or coworkers going from the business
building to the parking lot. Even just going into their cars alone is a
scary feeling. You don't even know if your safe or someone maybe
watching you, and you don't even know it. That's why in so many cases
building businesses had to provide with some what security. Which means
security guard or any type of surveillance camera. People in general
just want to feel safe walking to their cars at night in the dark. The
surveillance camera gives that ability of security and gives them safety
for the workers or even visitors coming in and out of the building. The
surveillance camera gives that lighting and security. Security personnel
are important measures that significantly increased liability for
building owners.
Also if you were to work at a building with no lighting that would be
very scary, especially if you're a woman. You don't want to risk and
walk alone out there by yourself. Have someone walk you out or sometimes
store or buildings have security guards that can walk you out to your
car. Most places are having to put surveillance cameras because it's
less liability for them and also safety for the tenants, employees, and
visitors. They know that not taking appropriate action also conveys a
lack of concern for the tenant, visitors, and workers safety.
Some businesses have been sued for this reason. For the lack of no
lighting outside their building. That's why they had to take that extra
careful pro caution and put some surveillance cameras and lighting as
well for the tenants, workers, and customers. For more information that
