Most likely you are being watched every where you go. Now these days
they have a surveillance camera just about everywhere you go.
Surveillance camera systems are like your electronic ice. They are on
the streets, in subways, bus stops, home property, businesses, schools,
even in department stores dressing rooms. There is a law out there to
protect people's rights of intruding peoples privacy when changing in a
dressing room. But we believe that the right to privacy is a fundamental
human right. As we also know that the Constitution also says that the
right to privacy is guaranteed by the fourth amendment to the United
States.
The right of people to be safe secure in their own homes, houses,
papers, and effects, and against unreasonable searches and seizures,
shall not be violated and no warrant shall be issued. But upon the
probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly
describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be
seized. As we all know we have the right of privacy. We know that it
shouldn't be violated by the constitutional rights that we have. That
it's hard when you don't know when you're going to be videotaped in a
dressing room, bathroom or any private place you need to go to get
dressed. What about at a public gym do they have cameras when taking a
shower? You don't know? That's why you need to find out more information
about this constitutional right. What can they do to prevent from this
happening to anybody? You have the right of privacy, and changing in a
dressing room. And what about the public bathrooms, showers, gym?
Make sure you are aware and be cautious. Be aware at all times. Check to

in the dressing rooms. As human beings we have right some of anybody
violating or invading our privacy of any kind. Yes, cameras will help
catch the bad people who are stealing clothes at a store. But what about

in dressing rooms? The people at clothes stores should have cameras
outside the dressing rooms or count how many clothes people are taking
in the dressing rooms. Clothing stores should allow a few garments at a
time to take in the dressing rooms. They even should have more workers.
If they are so concerned about people stealing clothes they should be
more concerned about not putting hidden surveillance cameras inside the
dressing rooms. They should be worrying about people's right of privacy.
That still doesn't give them the right of taking away our rights or our
privacy.
